FIT Europe hat uns folgende Nachricht weitergeleitet:

This email is to inform you of two calls for tender to provide translation services which were published today (Dec. 6) by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Translation (DG Translation). Here are the links to the two calls and the language combinations they contain. They include all the documentation required for potential tenderers (deadline: 19 January). Any queries about the calls must be addressed to the email addresses given at these links.

From FR, HU, RO or BG into EN, and from EN into NL

From EN into CS, GA or MT

In addition, we are organising an information event at Europe House on Tuesday 19 December, where we will explain the new way of working with external partners that is outlined in the calls, and attempt to answer questions from potential tenderers. This event is intended only for those individuals or representatives of organisations that are likely to be eligible to submit tenders. The venue capacity is limited and the event is free of charge, so we want to ensure as far as possible that places are not taken by people unlikely to be able to submit tenders. Registration is essential, at this link.

Any individual or organisation can submit a tender in response to the call whether or not they attend the event, of course.

DG Translation has also tweeted details of the event, including the link to the Eventbrite invitation page, which itself contains links to the two calls for tender.

Best wishes,
